How to set up a virtual assistant business in the Philippines?

I’m planning to set up a business for virtual assistants and writers in the Philippines. For those who have business like this, can you help me on how to set it up? Thanks!

    A virtual assistant business in the Philippines would be quite profitable since there are a lot of companies in the western world who like to outsource in countries such as this.

    One tip I can give is this… you need to have contacts with reliable VA’s and writers and you need to have a pool in case some of your employees are not available.

    I have heard of some companies who have set up this kind of business and had a hard time keeping up because of the simple fact that they did not have a pool of workers whom they can call in case some of their workers are sick or left the company, etc.
